Out of stock
Spring into action with small in-person and hands-on gardening classes this March, April, and May!
Every SECOND Saturday, we'll focus on a different season-related topic with hands-on projects and physical takeaways to help you get started or enhance your growing space.
Classes will be held at my San Diego (Point Loma) home from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on the dates below. Once you've reserved your spot (a maximum of 9 people per class), I'll send you the details and address.
Refreshments will always be served to nourish both body and mind. I also invite you to harvest fresh herbs to enjoy at home.

What Past Students Are Saying...
The class was very well prepared and I loved both the theory and the hands on component. I learned a ton and the lesson got me excited to get my Fall garden going. Thank you!
Eileen Egan
The Fall Garden class was so fun and informative! It was the perfect introduction to starting and maintaining a seasonal vegetable garden. My husband and I left with our own planting bags and supplies. We now have 2 beautiful, mini vegetable gardens.
Mary Langton
Kaitlin is an amazing instructor and very personable. I appreciate that after lecturing she models the instructions and then it’s hands on.. We finish the class with a grow bag of plants to take home that each person has put together.
Magda Busalacchi
Kaitlin’s courses are truly magical. The sense of community, the garden, education and projects that we take home are incredible. I am signing up again!!
Janine Cane
Amazing class! A beautiful San Diego day in the most beautiful garden...I learned so much and was inspired to plant my own mini-veggie garden, which is still going strong!
Jessica A.
My in-laws are in town and are so impressed with my herb garden and grow bag full of vegetables! I owe it all to Kaitlin, who taught us what soil to use, what plants to plant next to each other, how to properly fertilize, when to harvest our herbs, and more. The class is so informative but Kaitlin is also so personable. She makes gardening seem so fun and easy!
Carolyn McCormick
The classes are so much fun! You provide so much information which is easy to understand & retain for this of non-professional gardeners. We have come away so inspired, we now have numerous winter veggies (from lettuces, kale, radishes, onions, peppers, garlic, etc…) growing. Thank you for all your guidance! My son and I look forward to your class every other week!! Thank you!
Michele Nash
Loved the class! Learned a lot about growing herbs surrounded by a beautiful and inspiring garden. Thank you Kaitlin!
